Kaley Cuoco’s New Year’s Eve “Fire & Ice” Wedding!

28-year-old star of The Big Bang Theory married 26-year-old tennis player Ryan Sweeting at a ranch in Santa Susana, California on New Years Eve. Around 150 guests attended, including Cuoco's Big Bang co-star Johnny Galecki and Bachelorette alum & blogger Ali Fedotowsky. The bride confirmed the betrothal to her fans by sharing a sweet shot of she and her now husband on Instagram, with the caption,  "Yep :) #thesweetings”

Cuoco wore a custom-designed pink strapless tulle ball gown by Vera Wang. The dress featured a sweetheart neckline and detailed bodice, and was adorned with hand appliquéd Chantilly lace accents.  She accessorized it with a nude tulle veil with pink floating appliqués.  It’s a bold and fashion-forward choice, while still having a romantic sweetness.  People and Us Weekly report that she also wore a short red dress!

We can’t wait to see more photos of the Fire & Ice theme of her wedding and that red dress, but in the meantime, check out her upside-down chandelier cake by The Butter End Cakery!  It’s not the dream cake she mentioned to Craig Ferguson, which consisted of cake in the shape of her dogs’ heads, but we think it’s epic enough to suffice!  The wedding looks beautiful and we can’t wait to see more!
The couple got engaged after only three months of dating. "You know by day two I was like, 'Oh, my god.' It was so unbelievable," she told Ellen. "I said, 'This is it, this is it.’”

Bachelor’s Sean & Catherine’s Humorous Save The Dates

Sean & Catherine are tying the knot on January 26, 2014, and their save the dates are probably not what you would expect from a couple on the bachelorette, who jetted from one glamorous location to the next and got engaged in the beautiful Chiang Rai, Thailand.  Well, unless you watched season 17 and know the self-proclaimed nerd-love they’ve found.

Their save the dates, pictured below, include bikers with bear-heads (which may or may not be the two of them), a personal address to Jack Nicholson, and a hologram Tupac reference.  What do you think?  Is this a cute way to keep their big day true to their “nerd” love, or is it like an   inside joke that no one else gets?  Weigh in with your thoughts!

*NSYNC’s Chris Kirkpatrick Married Over The Weekend!

Photo taken from POPSUGAR

Us Weekly Confirms that the 42 year old singer tied the knot with Karly Skladany, 29, at the Loews Hotel in Orlando on Saturday (Nov. 2).  All the members of *NSYNC were present, including Justin Timberlake and wife Jessica Biel, Joey Fatone, J.C. Chasez and Lance Bass.  Chris’ bandmates were not only attendees, but also ushers and groomsmen.

Kirkpatrick and Skladany have been dating for more than three years and got engaged last month on a birthday trip to Italy!

During a radio segment on his Sirius XM "Dirty Pop" show on Oct. 29, Lance Bass, 34, told about how Kirkpatrick made sure to stay true to his simple style, opting for a cost-effective wedding, saying that he chose the cheapest tuxedos that Men’s Warehouse had to offer for them all at the wedding. "I mean that's just who he is,” Bass stated.
He also joked about how funny it would be to "know that Justin Timberlake is going to be in a Men's Warehouse tux ushering the wedding.

Official News: Kelly Clarkson Got Married Over The Weekend!

Kelly Clarkson confirms on Twitter that she DID get married to Brandon over the weekend, and she even included photos!

They got married at Blackberry Farm, a luxury resort in the Smoky Mountains in Walland, Tennessee. She calls it the “most beautiful place ever” in her tweet; we agree, the beauty is undeniable!

After getting engaged in December of 2012, they’d originally planned a 200 guest backyard wedding, then changed their minds in August.  But after obtaining their marriage license together on October 18, we knew a wedding was on the way!
Clarkson wore a gorgeous flowing lace Temperley London gown and a stunning headpiece by Maria Elena.

Kelly married into a big family — Brandon’s stepmother is Reba McEntire and he has two children from a previous marriage, and it will only continue growing.  "I already told him that when we're past the wedding, I want a baby," Kelly told Access Hollywood.

HUGE Celebrity Wedding Over The Weekend!

Another heartthrob is officially off the market, after this weekend.  Yes, we’ve loved him since he debuted with his platinum, curly locks, and have shared many moments singing along in the car with him; but now, he’s a MARRIED MAN!

He and Jessica Biel tied the knot on Friday (October 19) in Southern Italy.  They went to extreme lengths to keep it private.  Not only did they not let their guests know the exact location of the wedding in advance, they flew guests to Germany before Italy.  Guests included all former N’SYNC members, Andy Samberg, Jimmy Fallon and many more. There are said to have been 150 guests that all signed secrecy statements to ensure the couple’s privacy.

The extravagant wedding was a 3-day celebration, that is estimated to have costed the couple around $6.5 million, making it more expensive than any other, besides the royal wedding (which costed nearly 34 million).  The pre-wedding events included a beach party in Puglia with live music and a fireworks show, and a gathering a a grotto in Lama del Trappeto where they relaxed on white furniture around an open fire dining on cheese and wine!  The actual wedding on Friday took place at the ancient and stunning Borgo Egnazia resort, which was decorated throughout with white flowers for the occasion!  Watch for the official wedding photos in People Magazine!

Turns out the wedding experience is becoming more of a series of events than just events.  What better way to ensure a memorable experience!  What kind of unique events would YOU like to add to your wedding week?

Blake’s Elaborate Plans!

The beautiful Blake Lively had her perfect SURPRISE wedding the end of last month when she married our beloved Ryan Reynolds.  A little heartbreaking for those of us who have fallen in love with him, but he deserves happiness!  And they make for a ridiculously good-looking couple.  We could all assume that theirs would be a gorgeous wedding, if for no other reason than that both the bride and groom look like a Greek God and Goddess; but what surpassed our expectation is the involvement level Blake had in the planning process.

Not only did she help design her Marchesa gown to go with her 12-carat pink diamond wedding ring, but she brought 250 photos to her wedding planner, Tara Guerard, of elements she wanted included in the wedding.  She knew what she wanted for her big day, from beginning to end.  She wanted to make sure it was warm and friendly for her guests!  Wedding planner Tara Guerard told People.com: “It was in a barn, and it was really fun to take this rustic barn element and dress it up inside.  It was really lovely, lots of candles, just like she has at home... She wanted it to feel just like she was at home.”

Blake’s role in the planning process was admirable.  I know that many of us could only dream of planning every detail of our wedding on a gazillion dollar budget, not having to worry about money; but many celebs opt to choose a few basic details and let the rest go to a professional event designer/planner (which we can’t blame them for, knowing how stressful the process can get)!

Pictures from the event are set to appear in the December issue of Martha Stewart Weddings magazine.  I don’t know about you, but I CAN’T WAIT to see and get more details!
